Tribute to Juan Cruz Sol in Valencian derby
The VCF legend was remembered at the Ciutat de Valencià
In the Valencian derby, tribute was paid to Juan Cruz Sol, the Valencia CF legend who passed away last November.
Levante UD wanted Sol to be present -as he had been so often in recent seasons as a member of the Valencia CF Board of Directors- through one of their shirts with his name printed on the back.
At halftime there was an exchange of gifts between the two clubs. Levante UD presented the shirt with Sol's name on, whilst Valencia CF handed the home team the specially designed Ninot made for the game.
